Following the spread of the new strain of Coronavirus, COVID-19, we have been updating our procedures to keep our colleagues and customers safe and healthy where possible.
As a part of this, we are ensuring that hand sanitisation is available at all of our workstations & following government and NHS advise regarding social distancing.
Mailing to and from BonsaiMad
Whether you are sending in films to be processed or receiving goods from us, be assured that current advice states that the virus cannot survive on dry porous surfaces, such as envelopes and packaging for any significant length of time. So it is perfectly safe to open your goods straight away.
We obviously advise caution and personal discretion in terms of accepting packages directly from couriers, most of whom are putting in place systems whereby their delivery personnel maintain a physical distance from the customer & will most of the time find a safe place to leave items even if the customer is home.
Dropping off / picking up
We are asking customers who usually collect or pick-up in person to please refrain from doing so for now. If you need to come to us, please contact us first to arrange a time & date so that you can be met by one of our team rather than exposing any of our colleagues and neighbours at the offices.
