Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our printing facility has closed following the UK government’s recent guideline. As a result, orders placed through our online galleries for photographic prints are experiencing significant production and shipping delays.
What this means to you
You can continue to place orders from your client galleries. Orders placed during this time will be fulfilled as soon as the lab returns to normal operation. An in-cart warning message has been added to alert clients that there may be significant delays. Digital downloads are not affected.
If you have already placed an order & it hasn’t yet shipped, it will face the same delay. You can request a full refund by contacting us directly.
